Shipping and Delivery

Boutique NM sells and delivers within Canada only. 

Shipping times are 3 to 5 business days, with an additional 3 to 10 business days for delivery of the package via Standard service by the carrier. Boutique NM cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable, for example, to weather conditions, busy holiday periods, etc.

An error or incomplete address may result in significant delays in the delivery of the package and additional costs for reshipping.

If you've changed your mind and would like to exchange or return an item, you can do so within 30 days from purchasing date, provided the item is still in its original packaging. However, the initial delivery charges are non-refundable. Return and reshipping costs, if applicable, are additional.

All jewelry are final sales; therefore, we cannot exchange or refund your item unless it was damaged during delivery. In this case, it is important to inform us about the situation as soon as possible by emailing us a photo of your package upon receipt, and we will process to an exchange or a refund of your purchase within a maximum period of 14 business days.
